What Is Your Strongest Emotion

Adam Brzowski

At some point or another, we have all been carried away by a tornado of emotions.

Anger is the strongest emotion. Why do I say that? Let's think about it for a second...Every things going well, what you would call a good time, then out of the blue something happens to instill anger. What Happens? You forget all about the good time you was having, and now you have become consumed with anger.

Look at how many Holiday gatherings, or other joyous occasions are ruined by the eruption of sudden angry words or deeds. You can be having a good old' time with people you care about, then someone gets angry and everything starts changing for the worst. People are hurt and your special occasion is ruined.

You can be madly in love with someone, your spouse, children ect., get into an argument and all that love will disappear and you become consumed with anger.

When you have been overcome with anger, all thoughts of love, peace and well being seem to vanish. Where do they go?

The answer is, they are still there, they are just overrun by the stronger emotion, anger.

So the next time you are overcome by anger, realize that anger is an "bogus" state and that your natural state is peacefulness, and you might calm down a bit.

Don't ever allow anger consume your day and spoil you peacefulness. Anger is not a thing. You can't touch it. It only exists in your mind.

The laws of physics stat that no thing can be in two spaces at the same time and no two things can occupy the same space at the same time.

Substitute your anger with a positive emotion and life will be more enjoyable.
